PRESIDENT’S MESSAGE

In response to requests from many members, we are going to try a new format for our daytime meetings. Instead of focusing on business and committee reports, we will focus on programs and growing our club, both in membership but also growing as members. This will be accomplished through education, mentoring, and continuing our commitment as a volunteer service organization to make our community a better place. That is who we are and we need to place our emphasis on the legacy of the club. Committee reports will still be a part of our meetings, but only those who have something to report or to inform the rest of us as to what the committee is doing. I trust that all members will embrace these changes and help us make the club a better organization with more people engaged. I am thankful for everyone who is already stepping up.

Sandra Groves, President
